About Us
Lodge Ganges No.48 on the roll of Grand Lodge of India is the oldest Lodge of Kanpur city. It has produced number of eminent Freemasons who have contributed substantially for the growth of freemasonry in the city of Kanpur and earned high ranks and honours in the Regional Grand Lodge as well as in the Grand Lodge of India.
This Lodge has been known for its excellent ritual working and that high standard it is still maintaining. It has achieved number of trophies for its working and members have earned trophies on the individual basis as well.
The Lodge holds its meeting on the 2nd Saturday of every month at its own building situated at a prominent location of the city.
Its Installation ceremony is held in the month of January every year.
